Engagement Options
Engage with attendees as an exhibitor or sponsor. Many of the sponsorship options include 2 complimentary registrations and a display table. The display table is (1) 6-foot table and comes with 2 chairs. Electricity and wifi are included when receiving a table as well.

Sponsor Terms & Conditions

Conference Dates & Hours
Day 1 – Tuesday, June 16, 2026: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM CT (Vendors present)
Day 2 – Wednesday, June 17, 2026: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM CT (No vendors)

1. Sponsorship Opportunities

The following sponsorship packages are available for SummIT 2026. All sponsorships include recognition on conference communications (emails, website, signage) and a complimentary listing in the event app.


2. Setup, Breakdown & Shipping

Setup

Sponsor setup takes place on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Breakdown

Sponsor breakdown takes place on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. All materials and supplies must be removed from the CIF Building by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.

Shipping & Deliveries

Materials shipped to the event site must arrive by June 15, 2026. Please note:

  • The loading dock accommodates delivery trucks with a liftgate or standard box trucks. Large semi-trucks cannot be accommodated.
  • The event site requires advance notice of an approximate delivery time to ensure a staff member is available to receive the shipment.
  • All shipment details must be communicated to the Event Project Manager (Kara Zelhart) at events@ltcillinois.org prior to delivery.

3. Registration & Badges

Complimentary Badges

Each sponsorship includes up to two (2) complimentary badges per table contracted. All booth staff must be employees or contractors of the sponsoring organization and must wear a conference badge at all times.

Badge Pickup

Sponsor badges will be available at the Registration Desk on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, beginning at 8:30 AM.

Badge Form Deadline

The badge form must be completed by May 15, 2026. Failure to submit the badge form by this deadline may result in additional fees.

Additional Badges

To request badges beyond the complimentary allotment, contact the Event Project Manager at events@ltcillinois.org for the current registration fee.


4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@ltcillinois.org.

  • Cancellations received on or before Friday, May 22, 2026 will be honored. The exhibit fee will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received after May 22, 2026 are non-refundable. LTC reserves the right to resell any cancelled booth space.

LTC reserves the right to accept or reject any sponsorship or exhibitor application at its sole discretion.


5. Sales

The showcase and sale of school-related products and services for educational and informational purposes is permitted on the exhibit floor.


6. Photography & Video

By participating as a sponsor, you agree that LTC may list your organization in promotional materials and may use photographs or video taken during the event for publicity purposes without compensation.


7. Liability & Insurance

Indemnification

Exhibitors agree to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Campus Instructional Facility (CIF), the Learning Technology Center of Illinois (LTC), and their respective agents and employees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to the exhibitor’s occupancy or use of the event premises, including but not limited to violations of law, bodily injury, property damage, or other occurrences caused by the exhibitor, its agents, employees, or invitees.

Insurance

While the CIF and LTC will exercise reasonable care to protect exhibitor materials and displays, neither entity accepts responsibility for loss of or damage to such items. Exhibitors who wish to insure their materials must obtain coverage at their own expense.

Claims for Injury or Loss

LTC and the CIF shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained by any person on the premises leased or assigned to an exhibitor, including those observing or participating in any demonstration or exhibit. The exhibitor expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LTC and the CIF from any and all such claims.
